Delivery Within Kuwait

We offer complimentary shipping across Kuwait on all orders placed through www.zoisfigaro.com.

Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, exhibitions, or special promotions.

Delivery Requirements

For security and verification purposes, the following is required upon delivery:

  • The recipient must present a valid Civil ID

  • The recipient must sign Zois Figaro Jewellery’s copy of the invoice upon receiving the jewellery

Orders cannot be released without identity verification and signature confirmation.

Return Delivery Fee

In cases where a delivery must be returned to Zois Figaro Jewellery due to customer request, absence, incorrect address, or failure to complete delivery requirements, a return delivery fee of 5 KD will apply.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the jewellery has been delivered, verified, and signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

Zois Figaro Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
