In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, gold and jewellery items are not eligible for return. Exchange is permitted only within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the exchange option is stated on the purchase invoice.

All exchange transactions must be completed in-store only. Returns or exchanges via pickup or delivery services are not available.
